Pay

We accept, cash, checks made out to "HMS Band", or cards. 

Online card payments can be made using the MySchoolBucks system. 

MySchoolBucks

Directions:

  • Login to your account. If you don't have an account with MySchoolBucks already, it's easy to sign up!
  • After login, On the Home screen, click School Store>Browse all items
  • On the left menu, click the checkbox next to Heritage Middle School.
  • Select the item that you want to pay. The time categories are below:
    • Dues & Fees: Band Binder, Instrument Fees
    • Merchandise Purchases: Band Uniform T-Shirts
    • Student Trip Payments: Trips
  • Anter the amount to pay and quantity of items (usually set at 1) and select your child on the dropdown menu.
  • Once the item is added, click the orange cart icon in the top right and click View Cart/Checkout
  • Proceed with the payment.
  • The payment will be recorded by our system and the directors will get a report every month and enter it into the Charms System (Band financial tracking system).

Charms

Go to www.charmsoffice.com, hover over “ENTER” in the top right of the screen, click on “Parents/Students/Members”.
• Enter “HeritageMSBand” in the school code field. (You will enter this every time you log in)
• In the student area password field, enter your ID number (Student School ID)
• In the home screen, you can view various informational items for the band.
• To change password: Click on “change password”. This will replace your Student ID in the login process.
• To view your financial account for the band: Click on finances. Review your statement.
